"After working with Brooke to arrange a wedding styled shoot I can absolutely say she made the process so easy & fun! Brooke and I met together several times before our photoshoot day to plan the vision for this styled shoot. Brooke is very detail oriented which made me comfortable knowing she would make sure we received exactly what we wanted! She truly cared to hear my goals and dreams for this session and made it her mission to turn my dream into a reality. She worked hard before, during and after the photoshoot to stay connected with me and the other vendors involved such as the florist, bakery, boutique and models. During our actual photoshoot day she helped along side me by helping set up the sweetheart table design and was willing to go above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. I have no doubt she will help brides insure their wedding day is everything they dreamed of, as well as, is wonderful towards other vendors and will make sure the wedding day runs smoothly!"

"Brooke.. Brooke… Brooke. She was there from the moment I said “yes to the dress” to the moment I said “I do.” She was the one who laced up my dress. She was the one who was running around making sure everything she prepped for months ran smoothly. Brooke is professional, knowledgeable, determined, responsive, creative, kind, and ON TOP of everything. It was her who made sure our vendors were looped in at all times. When I made a change, she made sure to update it everywhere. She gave suggestions that just made sense and it made me trust her even more so with decisions. "Wedding DJ perspective here! I've worked with Brooke at 2 weddings so far and I can say hands down that she's one of best coordinators I've ever worked with! Her attention to details is incredible and so is her communication. She created a custom timeline for me complete with pre-scripted announcements and song selections. She also played the perfect middle man between me and the clients s0 that we were always on the same page without having to interface with too many people. Made all of our lives so much easier. Lastly, on top of all that, she is also just a wonderful energy to have around. "We threw a huge curve ball to Brooke when we told her not only were we moving our wedding up 2.5 months but it was going to be in 7 weeks.
This involved changing the venue, all vendors, AND now renting everything since the venue was no longer providing it. My fiance and I strongly considered throwing in the towel thinking we may not be able to pull this off, but Brooke made it happen.
Do NOT underestimate how important your wedding planner is. Without Once Upon a Wedding, we wouldn't have been able to enjoy our wedding stress free. Thank you so much!!"
